  • Question Is Internal AffairsTM licensed and bonded?
    Answer

    We are licensed, bonded and insured. We also are fully compliant with the Alberta Labour Board rules, with The Workers Compensation Board, and with Revenue Canada.

  • Question How many people come into my home?
    Answer

    Depending on home size, and the scope of work, teams are from one to three persons, or occasionally more in exceptionally large homes. Our analysis shows after a cleaner is in a home for more than four hours, efficiency begins to fall off.

  • Question Should I be home while my home is being cleaned?
    Answer

    We have already done a “Walkthrough” with you during which we carefully noted your needs, schedule etc., and then designed a program specifically for you. A team is assigned to your home, and most clients give us a key, or the garage code, and the team, under the supervision of the team leader, let themselves in and out.

  • Question What sort of relationship can I expect to have with Internal AffairsTM?
    Answer

    Our company was founded by Meritha Reesor who, for the first two years, worked directly with the teams and team leaders. Her philosophy was that when you have completed cleaning a home you should feel like you have restored someone’s castle or a work of art. Our staff treats your home as professionals.

  • Question Why do you use the products you do?
    Answer

    Internal AffairsTM has always devoted a lot of effort to finding and testing for the best products for your surfaces. All our cleaning products are biodegradable and are safe for our staff, and your family.

  • Question Will you do anything besides “regular” cleaning?
    Answer

    When schedule in advance, we will do spring cleaning, emergency cleans, (company is dropping in on short notice), a party clean, (before and after), etc. We will also do laundry, clean the fridge and oven, and let the dog in or out.

  • Question What if I am not happy with a clean?
    Answer

    Contact the office within 24 hours and a team will return to your home and re-clean the areas of concern at no cost to you. Our goal is not just to have satisfied customers, we want Raving Fans! We will always welcome your comments, positive and negative, and your suggestions. We want to be part of your support Team; and we want you to be a part of our Team.
